Cost: $60 per person
Join us to explore the Enneagram is a system of self-discovery unlike any other current typology system. Two key ingredients distinguish the Enneagram from other assessments. First, in the narrative tradition, the inquirer is charged with finding their own Type rather than simply taking a test or assessment. And secondly, the Enneagram is focused on motivation rather than behavior. Not just what one does or has done, but why? They are charged with discovering the deeper understanding of what is really running their decisions, behaviors and reactions. With that understanding, a deeper opportunity opens to go beyond the lens of the personality to experience themselves and others without judgement and reactivity.

The model of the Enneagram is ancient and goes back in time for thousands of years. Since the early 1960s it has been refined by great minds, scholars, psychologists and teachers.

An Enneagram Type is a combination of genetic predisposition, modeling and programing from one's family of origin and inner self-talk. Essence is the innate aspect that is whole, complete and never changing.

* Learn about both the strengths and challenges of the 9 Types of the Enneagram.

* Experience the opportunity to identify which Type you lead with.

* Increase your compassion for yourself and others which reduces conflict & judgement.
