(Fun fact about Chuck! When he was in his 30’s he took two years of Chinese cooking lessons at a Community College in Oregon.)

DESCRIPTION: A delicious, authentic Chinese dinner as we celebrate Chinese New Year, the year of the Horse!

Dinner will include:
(Everything made from scratch)
Egg Rolls
Soup
Vegetable fried rice
Vegetable stir fry
Beef Szechuan style
Pork and vegetable Egg rolls
Hot and Sour Soup
Fried rice
White rice
General Tso’s Chicken
Beef Szechuan style
And 2-3 other dishes, cooks' choice!
Libations will also be provided
