Application Questions

1. What is your motivation for wanting to serve on the Core Council?

2. Provide a history of your Science of Mind affiliation. Include Center membership and a brief overview of the classes taken.

3. List your volunteer experience at CSLNOCO, especially leadership positions.

4. Please summarize your professional and leadership experience.

5. Discuss your knowledge, experience, and comfort dealing with accounting and business issues, especially budget development and reading financial statements.

6. List and describe any special skills you have, for example: business, management, administrative, interpersonal, problem solving, and financial skills. Include skills gained through your professional, volunteer, family, and personal experience.

7. It is expected that Core Council members commit to regular financial support to the Center in an identifiable way. How do you feel about that expectation?
