Through reflection, self-discovery, and practical information, you will embark on an empowering consideration of human mortality for your own journey. The six sessions will explore the spirituality of death, end-of-life questions and fears, and ways to address unfinished business. You will also receive practical tools to create and communicate plans for your own final wishes. Join us as we walk this path with compassion and personal power on this inevitable journey, we all share.
