Saturday | May 4 | 10-11:30AM |
WORLD LABYRINTH DAY
LOCATION:
McKee Medical Center Labyrinth
2000 Boise Avenue
Loveland, Colorado 80538
DESCRIPTION:
Join us the first Saturday in May for World Labyrinth Day and a special labyrinth walk with Native American flute music and ceremony by Award Winning poet, Valerie Szarek.
A labyrinth is an ancient symbol that represents wholeness and unity. It is a walking meditation that can help you connect with your inner self and promote mindfulness. Valerie Szarek will be playing traditional Native American flute music during the walk, along with a ceremony to honor ancestors and celebrate nature.
After the walk, we invite you to bring a picnic lunch and join us in sitting and enjoying the beautiful surroundings with others. It will be a great opportunity to meet new people and connect with others who share a love for Native American culture, music, and nature.
